Returns and refunds

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the customer has the right to cancellation within 30 days of receiving the order.

The return is not free and it is charged to the customer. Only the items will be refunded and not the ancillary costs.

The returned product must be intact, undamaged, unused or washed, with the original label, plastic packaging and box where the product has arrived.
